Guaranteed Satisfaction & Return Policies

If
you are not pleased with your purchase on most
products, you may return it for a prompt exchange,
credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your
merchandise. All returned items must be exchanged in
new condition, in original boxes, packing
materials/documentation, and with original receipt.

Email or call us for a Return Authorization (RMA)
number within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise CANNOT be returned without an RMA
number.

Shipping charges is refunded only if the wrong items
were shipped, or if merchandise was received damaged
or defected. We may charge for cost of original
freight for selected products offered as Free
shipping, if items are approved as returnable.

For all refrigerated wine cabinets, special racking
systems, cooling units, modular rack kits, selected
wine furniture items, and custom orders, a
pre-payment is required at time of order and 20%
restocking charge will be imposed for any
cancellations after 10 days from date of order. No
return on custom cellar racks. Customer is
responsible for all freight charged on returned
merchandise, unless received damaged or defected.
Carefully inspect all merchandise before accepting
and signing the merchandise release with the freight
carrier.

International Orders:
Orders can be placed by calling 877-447-8700 or by
faxing your order to 925-447-8015. All prices are in
U.S. Dollars. Additional shipping charges will be
billed to your credit card - please call for a
shipping estimate. All customs and duty taxes are
the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping
& Handling

For items shipping to addresses within the
Continental U.S., the cost of shipping, handling,
and insurance is shown in the invoice. Shipping
large item(s) varies according to the destination
and weight/size of the item. You must provide us
with your street address, as items cannot be
delivered to PO boxes.

Products to be shipped outside the continental US
(including AK, HI, and PR) may require additional
shipping charges. We can provide you a shipping
estimate based on the information given to us. The
shipping costs may vary at time of delivery due to
unexpected events such as additional labor required,
flights of stairs, etc.

For non-US address, you are responsible for all
duties & taxes. This amt is non-refundable.
Delivery
and Ordering Policies

For verification of your order, call our consultants
directly and please make sure to have the actual
invoice handy for a quicker response. Most
accessory in stock items are shipped within 48 hours
and will arrive in approximately 7-10 working days
shipped by USPS or UPS. Large items are shipped via
various affiliated carriers.

For rush orders, please contact us for special
arrangements.

For the delivery of Wine Cabinets or other large
items, we provided our standard delivery service,
that is, we bring the item into the first floor of
your home, unpack it and dispose of the packaging.
NOTE that special arrangements and extra charges
apply for delivery to other floors. Delivery is by
appointment, and we will contact you to arrange a
day. Once the wine cabinet order is completely
confirmed, average expected delivery time is
4 - 8 weeks. We will notify you immediately if the
cabinet can be delivered sooner, or if there is a
delay. There may be an extra charge for wine
cabinets requested to be delivered sooner than
4 weeks.
Warranties

Many of the products sold by Vino Cellars come with
a Limited Warranty provided by the manufacturer.
While Vino Cellars will attempt to facilitate any
warranty work between customers and the
manufacturer, all warranties are provided solely by
the respective manufacturers.

and disclaims any implied warranties, including the
implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
and the implied warranty of merchantability. Vino
Cellars shall have no liability to any person or
entity with respect to any liability, loss or

incidental or consequential damage, caused directly
or indirectly by the use or performance of any
product sold by Vino Cellars. Your rights may vary
from state to state. Vino Cellars encourages its
customers to review any applicable manufacturer's
limited warranty prior to making a purchase.
